Group @ MACS
Online & In Person

There is more than one effective therapy model. Group Therapy offers unique benefits that can enhance your work in individual therapy or help to continue your growth after graduating from individual therapy.  It is also a great starting point for those looking to get into therapy at a more economical price point.

Treatments such as DBT and Group EMDR models works best in Group Therapy. Clients learn from their therapist as well as other participants who have the same challenges, struggles which facilitates growth, insight, self discovery and accountability. MACS has licensed therapists who instruct our Therapy Groups in both in person format and teletherapy formats.
